The Merit Bore Polisher Test Kit “BP” contains ten bore polishers, two Mini Grind-O-Flex Wheels, and mandrels for 1/4" chuck machines. The assorted sizes and grits allow for cleaning, deburring, and polishing 1" to 5" interior diameters of cylinders.

The Merit Bore Polisher Test Kit “BP” contains samples of the three types of bore polishers:

  • The B-3 Series Bore Polishers have three abrasive packs 1-1/2" wide, bonded to the hub. They are used for 5/8" to 1" interior diameter bores. Use Merit’s QC-5 Mandrel with B-3 Series Bore Polishers.
  • The B-4 Series Bore Polishers have four abrasive packs 1-1/2" wide, bonded to the hub. Use for 1" to 4" interior diameter bores. Use with Merit’s BPM-4 Mandrel.
  • The B-8 Series Bore Polishers have eight abrasive packs 1-1/2" wide, bonded to the hub. Use for 2" to 5-7/8" interior diameter bores. Use with Merit’s BPM-8 Mandrel.
  • Choose the durable High Performance (HP) Mini Grind-O-Flex Flap Wheel for heavy stock removal.
  • Choose the flexible Super Finish (SF) Mini Grind-O-Flex Flap Wheel for applications requiring a finer finish.
