What type of PowerLock Discs do you recommend when a customer does not want any aluminum oxide in the grain?

Silicon Carbide PowerLock Discs do not contain any aluminum oxide grain.

When using a PowerLock Flex-Edge Disc, what is the general rule to follow when recommending this product?

Use a smaller holder than size of the disc.
Tip: Avoid gouging on contours by using a smaller size holder than the diameter of the discs, such as 1-1/2" holder for 2" discs. For 3" discs and larger, order the special FE holder that is 2" in diameter but contains the cam lock fastener for 3" and larger discs. Max RPM for 3" FE holders 30,000 RPM.
